Neil Weaver - Director
Neil is an established Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer providing expert commercial property advice to a number of local, regional, and national clients. He has a comprehensive understanding of the property market in Central & East Lancashire and has acted for a number of corporate clients, developers and the public sector consistently offering effective property advice. He is responsible for business growth and strategic marketing. Neil was born in Blackburn but now resides in Chorley with his wife and two grown up children.

James Taylor - Director
James joined Taylor Weaver in 2015 before becoming a director in 2020. After graduating from Northumbria University, James went on to work in Manchester for large corporate property companies before deciding to move to the Ribble Valley. James specialises in agency and development work acting for local, national, and international clients whilst also undertaking off-market acquisition and investment work throughout the North of England. James is a below average footballer and fair-weather golfer.

Rebecca Weaver - Trainee Surveyor
Rebecca started her role at Taylor Weaver after completing her A Levels at Runshaw college. She has recently completed a BSc degree in Commercial Real Estate under the UCEM apprenticeship scheme. She works from both the Blackburn and Chorley offices dealing with a variety of clients across all sectors. In particular, she assists with the agency side of the business whilst gaining experience in other departments including valuations and rent reviews.

On the 1st October 1999 Alex Taylor and Neil Weaver formed a new partnership called Taylor Weaver dealing with all types of commercial property matters throughout East Lancashire. The business was incorporated in 2002.
Now established as one of the leading firms of commercial property surveyors in East Lancashire, incorporating the towns of Blackburn, Accrington, Burnley, Nelson, Clitheroe and Colne, Taylor Weaver offer expert, cost effective property advice for a diversity of loyal clients who have recognised the excellent independent level of service offered by the two directors.
In 2015 a new office was opened in Chorley to cover Central Lancashire including Leyland, Bamber Bridge and Walton Summit and to give complete coverage along the M65 corridor.
Taylor Weaver are panel valuers for a number of major banks and pension trustees, including Handelsbanken, Virgin Money, James Hay Pension Fund, Mattioli Woods and AJ Bell Trustees Ltd.
